How is that shady? I’ve read the article and it presents detailed reasons as to the reasons for the endorsement.
That makes no sense in reasoning.
Ian, I apologize for my mistake but since the Rebel Yell is a student run newspaper, it seems shady that the Rebel Yell Editorial Board is endorsing this said candidate. If Cory Bradley had not backed out of the presidential race, would she have been endorsed by the editorial board?
Ollie, Cory Bradley backed out of her interview with us. Omar and Izack are not presidential candidates, they are running for senate president and vice president respectively. The Rebel Yell did not endorse either Josh Payne or Matthew Engh, or their respective tickets ~Ian Whitaker, Editor in Chief, The Rebel Yell
The last time I checked, Omar Quassani, Cory Bradley, and Izack Tenorio were also running as presidential candidates in the CSUN Executive Board elections. It is extremely biased that the Rebel Yell only chooses to interview the candidates that they support.
