Several French authorities warned Tuesday of “serious side effects” that could occur after consuming certain honeys and jellies. These products, presented as natural aphrodisiacs, contain active ingredients from drugs such as Viagra, have alarmed health authorities. According to a website specializing in aphrodisiac drugs, the Jaguar Power is said to be “100% natural” and “contain no harmful substances”. However, according to the different directions after the analysis, the products are not as innocent as they are presented.

“In fact, analyzes by the joint laboratory service of the DGCCRF and the DGDDI show that they contain active ingredients that are not listed on the label, such as sildenafil or tadalafil,” the active ingredients of Viagra and Cialis, which are only prescription drugs for people who have problems with have erectile dysfunction.
